Create your account and profile

Log in, add your basic information, and keep your career data organized in one workspace.

Build or import your resume

Enter your resume details manually or use AI extraction to turn an existing file into editable sections.

Review, improve, and choose a template

Use AI review, adjust your content, then pick a resume template that fits the opportunity.

Use the job application assistant

Paste a job description to get a fit score, missing keywords, a cover letter, an HR email, and interview practice questions.

Publish your profile page and reuse your profile

Create a public profile page, download your resume, and keep your profile ready for future applications.

Understand AI usage

AI usage is counted when Profile Echo sends a request for extraction, evaluation, job assistant content, or chat answers.

Monthly counter

The account shows consumed requests against the plan limit and renews with the monthly period.

Review before sending

AI suggestions are there to speed up writing, but the final content should always be checked by the user.

Quick troubleshooting

PDF extraction is not ready

Wait until the extraction status finishes, then review the imported sections before saving final changes.

Wrong resume is being edited

Go to Resumes, activate the resume you want, then return to the sections or templates.

Extension cannot find data

Log in to the extension again with your email and password, and make sure an active resume exists.
