Back to Profile Echo

Accounts and responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure the resume, profile, and application information they enter is accurate.

AI assistance

AI features help extract, review, summarize, and suggest content, but users must review results before publishing, downloading, or sending them.

Public profile pages

A profile page is public only when the user chooses to publish it. Users should not publish private, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Browser extension

The extension should be used by signing in with the user's own email and password and approved profile data. Users remain responsible for reviewing any answer before placing it in an application form.

Plans and limits

Plans may include limits for resumes, templates, and monthly AI usage. When limits are reached, some actions may be unavailable until the limit renews or the plan changes.

Fair use

Users should not abuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or use Profile Echo to create deceptive applications or content that violates others' rights.

Changes and account controls

Profile Echo may update features or these terms as the product evolves. Users can manage their data from the account area and can delete their account from user settings.
